Andreza (Andie) Tonello FdSc Oral health science.

Since beginning her dental journey as a nurse in 2000, she had no doubt that the dental profession was the right path for her. With its blend of science, manual work, and patient interaction, it ticked all the boxes. 

Throughout her career in dentistry, she has worked in a variety of settings, including the Oral Surgery and Radiology departments at the world-renowned Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, where she served as a Dental Sedation Nurse. This experience inspired her to further her education in the prevention of oral diseases, allowing her to support and motivate patients in achieving and maintaining a healthy mouth. 

She went on to complete a Certificate in Oral Health Education at Queen Mary University of London. Following that, she attained a degree in Oral Health Sciences at the University of Essex, which qualified her as a Dental Hygienist. 

Outside of her passion for science and medicine, she enjoys playing video games and attending music concerts.
